At Crosspoint, we recognize that any of the individuals we serve have experienced trauma, loss, and systemic barriers, and we are committed to creating safe, respectful, and supportive environments where healing and growth are possible. Our experience with our flagship model for residential reentry has been translated across our transitional residential service programs. Through person-centered residential and behavioral health services, community-based transitional support, and connection to vital resources, we partner with each person to build on their strengths and work toward long-term stability and wellness.
We provide safe, temporary housing services for individuals who are working to get back on their feet and build a more stable future.
Our transitional residential services are designed to be a steady foundation so that instead of worrying about where to sleep, clients can focus on healing, rebuilding, and planning for long-term independence.
We offer trauma-informed counseling, addictions treatment, and case management support that meet people where they are. Our Case Managers and licensed mental health & addictions professionals work alongside each client to identify goals, complex systems, with a focus on safety, dignity, and long-term stability.
Our reintegration services support clients in connecting with the resources they need for long-term stability and success. By helping to remove barriers and creating opportunities to give back, we empower individuals not only to access services, but also to build meaningful support networks that foster healing, growth, and a sense of belonging in the community.
Crosspoint is deeply grateful for the generosity of our donors and the dedication of our community partners. Their time, resources, and unwavering support help open doors for the individuals we serve, creating pathways to opportunity, hope, and restoration.
