Outpatient Programs

We’re helping individuals build strength, skills, and confidence one step at a time.

Crosspoint, Inc. operates two outpatient clinics staffed by licensed clinicians who provide assessments and individual and group treatment for individuals coping with mental health and substance use disorders needs.

The Austin-Cullum Outpatient Center (OPC)

The Austin-Cullum Outpatient Center (OPC) offers trauma-informed care and counseling for active-duty service members, veterans, and their families through the Texas Veterans and Family Alliance grant — welcoming all, regardless of discharge status or length of service.

We also provide free, solution-focused counseling to District 2 residents and partner with U.S. Pre-Trial Services and Probation Office to offer psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring,
and mental health counseling for referred clients.

Referrals to the Austin-Cullum outpatient services can be made by the potential client, a family member, PTS or USPO officer, treatment counselor or other concerned individual. Please call: (210) 225-0864 and ask for OPC.

Hall House OPC

Hall OPC, located in the north wing of Crosspoint’s Hall House, offers brief, solution-focused therapy for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. During their stay, clients receive support in managing symptoms, building coping skills, and planning for long-term recovery.

Referrals to Hall OPC are made directly by hospital systems or through the Criminal Justice system (see Behavioral Health Transitions section).

Peer Support Services

The Peer Support Recovery – Recovery Support Services (PSR-RSS) initiative aims to enhance the quality of life and promote long-term recovery for adults with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through evidence-based practices and a peer-driven approach, the program provides comprehensive Recovery Support Services (RSS) to help individuals sustain recovery, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections within their communities.

Key Services Offered:

  • Recovery Coaching: One-on-one support from certified peer specialists to develop personalized recovery plans and conduct regular check-ins.
Direct Recovery Support Services: Face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic coaching, recovery groups, and transportation assistance.
  • Indirect Recovery Support Services: Referrals to housing, childcare, vocational rehabilitation, mental health services, and community resources.
