Crosspoint’s Community Outreach & Education efforts are dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and inspiring meaningful community involvement. We believe that when people understand the challenges surrounding mental health, addiction, homelessness, and justice-involvement, they are better equipped to respond with empathy, advocacy, and action.
Through presentations, trainings, partnerships, and public engagement, we share knowledge that empowers individuals and organizations to make a difference. We create space for honest conversations, highlight the strength and resilience of those we serve, and invite others to stand with us in building healthier, more compassionate communities.
We proudly welcome colleges, universities, and training programs to tour our facilities and learn more about the work we do in restoration, recovery, and community support. These guided tours give students and faculty an inside look at our residential and outpatient services, offering a deeper understanding of our mission.
During each visit, participants have the opportunity to meet staff, ask questions, observe program environments, and explore internship possibilities within our organization. Tours are a meaningful first step for students considering careers in behavioral health, social services, criminal justice, counseling, nonprofit leadership, and related fields.
