Community Corner

Crosspoint celebrates the partnerships, projects, and outreach efforts connecting us with our neighbors and strengthening our community.

Community Service Projects

At Crosspoint, we understand community service is a vital part of successful reintegration. That’s why our staff and residents actively participate in neighborhood projects to strengthen and beautify our city. These efforts do more than improve local spaces, they allow community members to see positive change in their neighborhoods and give our clients the opportunity to experience the pride of giving back and being welcomed as neighbors. Through this shared work, clients—many of whom have experienced incarceration—can begin to see themselves as valued, contributing members of the community once again.

Community Resource Fair

Through our annual Community Resource Fair, Crosspoint creates direct pathways for clients and their families to learn about essential community services and sit down face-to-face with representatives who can help with housing, employment, healthcare, and more. We actively guide clients in identifying their needs and then connecting them with the right community resources—so they have the support they need not just for today, but for long-term stability and success.

Education and Outreach

We are committed to bridging gaps through awareness, advocacy, and support.

Annual Events

Each year, Crosspoint hosts a series of events designed to educate, inspire, and bring our community together in support of recovery, dignity, and second chances. These gatherings create opportunities for learning and connection — opening the door for individuals, partners, and advocates to stand with us in our mission to strengthen lives and restore hope.

Community Learning & Engagement

Crosspoint’s Community Outreach & Education efforts are dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and inspiring meaningful community involvement. We believe that when people understand the challenges surrounding mental health, addiction, homelessness, and justice-involvement, they are better equipped to respond with empathy, advocacy, and action.
